How To Place Your Order:
Placing an order with HowToPest.com is simple! Each product can be found in multiple ways, for example:
- Type the name of the product or pest you are looking for in the search bar.
- Click on the image of the specific pest that you are looking to treat.
- Shop the categories under the “Shop” tab
Can’t find what you are looking for?
HowToPest.com wants to be your one-stop shop for all your pest control needs! If you can’t find the specific item you are looking for, please call us at 877-708-1974 or email us at: [email protected] and we will do our very best to get that item for you and ship it out the same day!
Checking Out:
Now that you have clicked the CHECKOUT button, here are a few things to make sure your process goes smoothly, and your order gets to you in a timely manner:
- Double check your address
- Unclick the “Ship To A Different Address” box if your billing address and shipping address are the same.
- Complete all boxes that have the red asterisk, your order will not process without that information.
- Make sure you click the “terms and conditions” box
Why Did My Credit Card Decline?
With the ever-growing cases of credit card fraud, HowToPest.com takes your security very seriously! All the information that you provide in the checkout process is verified through your bank. If the billing address that you enter does not match what your bank has on file, your credit card will likely be declined.
Order Confirmations:
You will quickly receive a confirmation of your order to the email address that you provided. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder. If you still did not receive one, please call customer service at: 877-708-1974 as your order may not have been placed.
Order Cancellations:
Unfortunately, due to the speed in which orders are processed and shipped, we cannot cancel any orders.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Most orders that are received by 2pm PST will be processed and shipped same business day. Orders may not ship or deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
Orders will not be shipped on major holidays such as:
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas
- Easter
- Thanksgiving
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans Day
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
*Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 United States.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories do not qualify for Free Shipping. Unfortunately some products may not be able to ship due to USPS or other carrier restrictions.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Aerosol Cans:
Per government shipping regulations, all aerosol cans must be shipped via Ground Shipping. This may cause shipping “in transit” times to be a bit longer.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
How To Pest ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please be aware of your delivery date. How To Pest will not be held responsible for any stolen, damaged or lost orders. Please call customer service and we will do our best to investigate and track your order.
Wrong Address?
If an incorrect address is entered at the time of ordering that results in a lost package, HowToPest.com will not be held responsible. You will have to purchase the item/items again.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
How To Pest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
How To Pest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
