If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.
Please email us your information and order number to: CONTACT@HOWTOPEST.COM and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label for you to print out and attach to your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it including all labels, tags and/or documentation.
Your item must be in the original unmarked, unaltered packaging. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you and you will not be credited.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How To Pest DOES NOT accept returns of the following items:
- Bed Bug Encasements or Liners
- Live Animal Traps
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). If your return is not approved your previous charge will stand as well as an additional shipping charge for the returned item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
