This product is only for sale to: AZ, CA, NV, OR, WA
Use Restrictions: This product may only be used to control California ground squirrels (Spermophilus Beechey) around buildings (including areas such as yards and flower gardens) in secured, tamper-resistant bait stations. The insecticide in this product may also act systemically to aid in the reduction of fleas that infest California ground squirrels. The types of fleas that might be controlled include, but are not necessarily limited to, Oropsylla montana and Hoplopsyllus anomalus. Use only for the sites, pests and application methods described on the label. Do not broadcast this product.
Baiting: Secure bait stations at locations where they will be readily accessible to California ground squirrels, preferably near active burrows. Secure stations 20 to 100 feet apart, depending upon density of the population. Wear waterproof gloves and use a long handled scooping device to transfer bait from the container to the station. Use two to four pounds of bait per station. Check bait stations frequently to insure that an uninterrupted supply of bait is always available for at least 15 days or until there are no longer any signs of feeding.

A bit pricey, but arrived rapidly. Still waiting to see if squirrels die. Once I put bait out, my yard was inundated with the little rodents. They ate 25lbs in 3 applications. May have been a bad idea to apply in my yard as it seemed to attract more than I first had. Next time I’ll apply it outside the fence line to draw them away from my yard.

I’m not sure this bait is very effective. I fed them the entire container and they just kept coming back for more. I ended up switching to a different bait.

Kaput ground squirrel bait works. I have to diligently keep the feeders topped-off every day or two, but eventually it does what it is supposed to (it takes time for it to accumulate in the vermin’s system and we can’t let the feeders get down to empty).
